This bespoke programme presents prospective Borgo di Vagli Fractional Club Owners with a unique opportunity of vacationing at the hamlet, experiencing the management team’s hospitality, exploring and discovering this beautiful region prior to progressing to full Fractional Ownership 

Genuine Experiences Trial Ownership Programme is available in both our one and two bedroom residence categories.

Genuine Experiences Trial Ownership Programme includes and offers the unique possibility of:

• Automatic Fractional Ownership price reserved for six months from registration.
• Two weeks accommodation (2 x 7 nights) - weeks can be enjoyed either separately, consecutively or two individual residences can be requested for the same week. Subject to availability.
• A four course Tuscan dinner served once a week in the hamlet’s candlelit trattoria. 
• Welcome drinks reception.
• Full access to all of the hamlet’s facilities and services.
• Either a wine tasting excursion to Montepulciano or Montalcino or a walking tour of Cortona with a multilingual guide.
• Reduced green fees at Antognolla championship golf and country club.

• A fully trained host readily available to assist owners throughout their stay.
